Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how your Play99exch account works, the rules that apply to back and lay betting on our exchange, how deposits and withdrawals are handled, and the rights and responsibilities of both you and us. Throughout this document, "Play99exch", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Play99exch platform at play99exch.it.com, and "you" and "your" refer to the account holder or visitor.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, logging in, placing a bet, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Play99exch platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use Play99exch. Your continued use of the platform is treated as ongoing acceptance of the current version of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

Play99exch is strictly for adults. You may only open and use an account if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for betting in your jurisdiction if it is higher.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting where you live. Betting and gaming laws vary significantly from one Indian state to another, and some states restrict or prohibit online betting entirely. It is your sole responsibility to check and comply with the laws that apply to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not for any other person, business or syndicate.
• You hold only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts held by the same individual are not permitted.
• The information you provide during registration and verification is accurate, current and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or close any account, where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password or one-time codes with anyone, and you should choose a strong, unique password.

• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless and until you notify us of a security breach.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed or used without your permission, you must contact us immediately at support@play99exch.it.com.
• We may, at any time, request documents to verify your identity, age, address and payment methods (Know Your Customer, or "KYC" checks). We may restrict deposits, withdrawals or betting until verification is complete.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date so that we can reach you about important account matters.

4. The exchange model explained

Play99exch is a betting exchange, not a traditional bookmaker. This distinction matters and affects how your bets work:

• On an exchange, bets are matched between users. One user offers to "back" an outcome (betting that it will happen), and another user offers to "lay" the same outcome (betting that it will not happen).
• A bet is only struck once it is matched against an opposing bet at an agreed price. Until it is matched, your offer remains an unmatched request and does not commit your stake.
• Because we are not the counterparty to your bet, we do not build a hidden margin into the odds. Instead, we charge a commission on your net winnings on a market. The applicable commission rate is displayed in your account and may vary by market or promotion.
• Unmatched bets may lapse — for example, when a market is turned in-play, suspended, or closed — and any stake reserved for an unmatched bet is released back to your balance.

5. Deposits

You can fund your account using UPI and other supported payment methods shown at the time of deposit. To keep your account secure and compliant, the following rules apply:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be reversed.
• A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed in the deposit screen.
• Funds are credited to your betting balance once they have cleared. Some methods clear instantly, while others may take longer depending on your bank or provider.
• We do not charge for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside our control.

6. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to security and verification checks:

• Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method held in your own name, and where practical to the same method used to deposit.
• Requests are typically processed within a few hours, though timing can vary with your bank, payment provider and required security reviews.
• We may withhold, delay or decline a withdrawal while we complete KYC checks, or where we are investigating suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering or any breach of these terms.
• You may be asked to complete outstanding verification before your first withdrawal is released.

7. Betting rules & settlement

Markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. Where an official result is delayed, disputed or corrected, we settle or re-settle in line with the recognised governing body's determination.

• Match odds: settled on the official winner of the match. Rules for the specific competition (for example, how a Super Over or reduced-overs result is treated) apply.
• Session and runs markets: settled on the actual runs, wickets or other counts recorded in the defined portion of play, as confirmed by official scoring.
• Player and prop markets: settled on the individual performance stated in the market, based on official statistics.
• Abandoned, tied and rain-affected matches: markets are settled where an official result stands (including via methods such as DLS). Where no valid result is reached for a market, affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

8. Bonuses & promotions

From time to time we may offer optional bonuses, promotions and rewards. Participation is voluntary and always subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including any wagering, minimum-odds or time requirements.

• We may vary, suspend or withdraw any promotion at our discretion, including where an offer contains an error.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• Abuse of promotions — including bonus fraud, opening multiple accounts, collusion, or any activity designed solely to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

9. Fair use & prohibited conduct

To protect the integrity of the exchange and all our users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen or third-party payment instruments.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordinating bets with others to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems or artificial means to place bets or manipulate markets.
• Money laundering or any use of the platform to disguise the source of funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software bugs.

Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may suspend or close the account, freeze the balance pending investigation, void affected bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities or payment partners.

10. Errors & palpable errors

Despite our best efforts, prices, odds, limits or settlements may occasionally be published incorrectly. Where a price or outcome is obviously wrong — a "palpable error" — for example, a price that is clearly inconsistent with the true chance of an event, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant stakes, even after a market has settled.

11. Limitation of liability

The Play99exch platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from delays.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from downtime, connectivity problems, device or browser issues, or delays caused by third-party payment providers, banks or networks.
• Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Responsible gambling

We are committed to keeping betting safe and enjoyable. Please set limits that are right for you and never bet money you cannot afford to lose. You can learn more and find support tools on our Responsible Gaming page.

13. Intellectual property

The Play99exch platform, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and all other content, is owned by or licensed to Play99exch and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Play99exch after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian law. If you have a complaint or a dispute about your account or a bet, please first contact us so we can try to resolve it through our complaints process. Most issues can be settled quickly and informally.

To raise a formal complaint, email safety@play99exch.it.com with your account details and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and work with you towards a fair resolution.
